Unified Claim Graph · part of the Defend step

Every claim — one connected object.

Photos, moisture readings, line items, standards, and denials — all linked into a single forensic record. Click any node to traverse what supports it and what contradicts it.

Why a claim graph instead of a folder of PDFs.

An insurance claim is, technically, a network of related facts: the policy says X, the photo proves Y, the standard requires Z, the denial cites X but ignores Y. Carriers process it as a folder of attachments and miss the connections. VVON builds the network explicitly — every fact a node, every relationship an edge — so the contradiction the carrier missed becomes a visible traversal, not a buried paragraph.

Photo evidence
Every uploaded image gets EXIF + spatial tag + tag-set linking it to the affected room and the loss timeline.
Readings & logs
Moisture mapping, psychrometric logs, thermal imagery — each reading attaches to a specific surface and a specific timestamp.
Line items & costs
Every estimate line connects to the standards section that justifies it and the photo/reading that supports it.
Citations
IICRC S500, S520, S700, OSHA 29 CFR — every section that applies links to the line items it anchors and the photos that show the conditions it requires.
Carrier decisions
Denial letters, partial-payment letters, and supplement responses — each carrier touchpoint becomes a node with edges to the clauses it cites and the omissions it makes.
Replayable
Any past decision can be reconstructed exactly — the prompt, the input, the citation, the answer. Defensible in front of an appraisal panel or in deposition.
