Terms of use.
By using VVON™ you accept the substantive terms below. A formal, counsel-reviewed agreement is being finalised; the headline points already bind every account.
What VVON™ is
A forensic intelligence layer. It reads policies, decodes denials, classifies evidence, generates estimates and supplements, and surfaces standards. Every output is informational, recommendation-shaped, and confidence-quantified.
What VVON™ is not
Not a public adjuster. Not a law firm. Not a licensed engineer, mold remediator, or industrial hygienist. VVON™ does not guarantee coverage, payment, settlement, or claim outcomes. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before action.
Permitted use
You may use VVON™ on claims you legitimately work — your own losses, your customers’ losses, or claims you are retained to support. You may not use VVON™ to defraud a carrier, fabricate evidence, or impersonate a licensed professional you are not.
Standards & IP
ANSI/IICRC, OSHA, Xactimate, Symbility, Matterport, and similar marks belong to their respective owners. Verbatim standard text is licensed material — VVON™ does not redistribute the verbatim S500/S520/S700 corpus to your account unless you have furnished proper licensure. Public-domain (OSHA, state statutes) is unrestricted.
Subscription & billing
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds for unused time are at our discretion. Per-review credit overages are billed monthly in arrears.
Termination
We may terminate or restrict an account that abuses the system (automated scraping, attempted compliance bypass, fraudulent claim activity, harassment of staff). We give notice where practical. Your data export is available before and for 30 days after termination.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVON™ is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for claim outcomes that depend on insurer or third-party decisions. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are heard in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
