30-day money back
No-questions-asked refund on any subscription within 30 days of first payment. Email support@vvon.ai with your subscription email — we process the refund the same business day. The one-off $79 single review is also refundable if you’re not satisfied with the output.
Cancel in two clicks
No retention call, no email-five-times-before-we-let-you-go. Open the billing portal from your account menu, click Cancel — that’s it. The subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period; we don’t prorate-and-refund unused days.
Your data stays yours
After cancellation, past audits remain readable in your account for 90 days, downloadable as PDF or CSV the entire time. Raw structured data (line items, citations, evidence references) exports cleanly into Excel or Xactimate. After 90 days the data is hard-deleted from primary storage and falls out of backups within another 35 days. No lock-in, no hostage.
Pricing FAQ
Buying questions, answered specifically.
What counts as one forensic review?+
One review = one upload session ending in an audit report. A typical session is one policy PDF + one or two carrier estimates + a folder of photos, processed together. The output (coverage map, scope-gap report, standards citations, supplement scaffold) is one review against the per-month allotment. Re-running the same documents to retry a specific extraction does not consume an additional review.
Can I upgrade or downgrade in the middle of a billing period?+
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don’t lose paid days. Yearly subscribers get prorated credit if they upgrade mid-year. Cancellation always takes effect at the end of the current period; we don’t prorate refunds for unused days.
Do unused reviews roll over?+
No. Monthly allotments reset at the start of each billing period. Yearly subscribers get the equivalent yearly allotment (12× the monthly) which can be used in any pattern within the year — so a slow January can be made up by a busy March. If you consistently run over the per-period allotment, the upgrade math usually makes sense before the overage charges accumulate.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s review limit?+
You’ll see a soft warning in the app starting at 80% utilization and a hard stop at 100%. To continue, either upgrade (immediate, prorated) or buy a single $79 review credit (no subscription change). We do not surprise-bill — every overage requires an explicit click.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?+
Email support@vvon.ai within 30 days of your first payment from the email on file. State the reason (or don’t — no reason required), and we refund the most recent charge in full the same business day. The refund covers the first 30-day window only — subsequent renewal charges are not retroactively refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Is there a free trial without entering a card?+
Yes — your first forensic review is free, no card required. Sign up at /sign-up and upload your first policy or estimate. No subscription is created and no payment method is collected until you explicitly choose a tier on this page.
Can I share my subscription across my team?+
Solo and Firm are single-seat tiers — the account is for one user. Business adds 3 seats (currently manually onboarded — write enterprise@vvon.ai for setup; self-serve seat management ships Q3 2026). Enterprise supports unlimited seats with SSO and custom seat / org structure. Sharing a single-seat account across multiple users violates terms and risks account suspension.
Are taxes included? How does the billing work for non-US customers?+
Prices shown are pre-tax. US customers in jurisdictions where sales tax applies will see it added at checkout (Stripe Tax handles this). International customers see USD pricing and pay through Stripe’s standard non-US flow. VAT for EU customers is added per country rate; a VAT-compliant invoice is available from the billing portal. We invoice in USD; Stripe converts to local currency at the network rate.
Do you offer non-profit / startup / educational discounts?+
Yes — write enterprise@vvon.ai with proof of status (501(c)(3) determination letter, accelerator acceptance, university .edu domain) and we’ll set up a discounted tier. Typical discount is 30–50% off the standard tier. The discount applies as long as the qualifying status remains.
